This class has been one of the most interesting so far, as it introduced me to multiple topics, such as how to get the most out of the long international flight (although, with my city being a few hundred kilometers away from China, I have a pretty good understanding of long distance travel), food choices, different cities that I was interested in. In addition, it was the class when our group had to present on pop culture, the highlight of which was Jun turning on a music video from the Chinese pop band. Although I have seen it earlier, it was pretty cool to see the class’s reaction to the music video from another culture.
Also, this class we found out about the detailed itinerary, which I was very excited about – seeing some of the trip destinations got me very excited, especially Didi, which I have done extensive research on my Freshman year and was fascinated by the company. Can’t wait to see it with my own eyes!
