Reflection 1

Today is an exciting start to an exciting journey. We met for the first time to prepare for the much-lauded China trip. Despite the oppressive heat, there was an energized feeling in the classroom of MEB. It was also one of our first formal experiences with Ilalee as the assistant director. I don’t think that many of knew what to expect, but she brought an upbeat energy that carried ours forward. While we didn’t bite too deeply into the actual trip, we went over the syllabus and developed our personal brand statements. As I said, it was a promising start.
